WHY THE BIG FIVE?
The Baptist Convention of Maryland/Delaware exists to resource and equip churches to make disciples. The Big Five events are one way we live out that mission together. These events are designed as shared resources for BCM/D churches to strengthen their people and support the work of their local church.
Each gathering creates space to step away, refocus, and be renewed in purpose. Through leadership development, discipleship, and connection, we serve pastors, leaders, men, women, and students who are faithfully serving and leading in their churches and communities.
With more than 400 churches across Maryland and Delaware, we are better together, learning from one another, growing in faith, and advancing the gospel side by side.

THE GATHERING
BCM/D’s annual family meeting where pastors, leaders, and churches unite to celebrate God’s faithfulness, hear from our leaders and teams, and move forward with a shared mission. The Gathering is the best place to learn how BCM/D will serve and equip churches in the year ahead.
