The Gathering 2026
The Gathering is the BCM/D’s annual family meeting where we come together to celebrate all that God has done across our churches. This is a time to hear directly from the BCM/D team as we share stories of how God has moved in 2026, provide important updates, and cast vision for what’s coming in 2027. You’ll also have space to connect with pastors, leaders, and church members from across Maryland and Delaware, strengthening relationships and being reminded that you’re part of something bigger. Whether you’re leading, serving, or supporting your church, The Gathering is for you.

What is the Gathering?

Join us for The Gathering 2026, the annual BCM/D family meeting for pastors, leaders, and churches across Maryland and Delaware. This year’s theme is, In MD & DE as it is in Heaven.
What to Expect:
A Slower Start – We’ve moved to a Monday–Tuesday schedule to allow you time to travel and rest before we begin.
Ministry Reports That Matter – Hear firsthand stories from BCM/D teams and leaders about how God moved in 2026 and what’s ahead in 2027.
A Special Dinner – A dedicated dinner on Monday evening for pastors and pastors’ wives—a time of encouragement, fellowship, and refreshment.
2027 Save the Dates – Receive the full calendar for next year’s BCM/D gatherings.
Connection – Build new friendships and reconnect with ministry partners, with intentional space for downtime and conversation.
Worship & Prayer – Above all, we’ll gather to worship, pray, and seek the Spirit’s movement across our churches and communities.

This year, we’ll be meeting at the Crowne Plaza Annapolis.

How Do I Register for The Gathering?
Registration is now open for Messangers and Guests for 2026!
Please use the form found on this page to register and save your seat. Once registered, you will recieve a confirmation email with event details.

How Do I Book a Room?
Rooms for The Gathering can be booked directly through the hotel. Online booking is available here! You can also call The Crowne Plaza at (410) 266-3131 and let them know you’re with the BCM/D event to reserve your room.
What If The Crowne Plaza Sells Out?
No worries — there are several great hotels just a few minutes away! We recommend the Courtyard Marriott or the DoubleTree as your backup options.
Pastors and Pastors Wives Dinner
Pastors, you and your wives are invited to join us for dinner on Monday evening. We’d love the chance to celebrate your faithful service and the calling God has placed on your life. This dinner is for pastors currently serving at a partnering BCM/D church and their wives.
When you register, please be sure to sign up for this dinner—unfortunately, we aren’t able to accept walk-ins because of space and meal planning.
