Women on Mission (WOM) Spring Retreat 2026

The WOM Spring Retreat “What Joy” will be held April 10-11, 2026. Connie Dixon, President of national WMU will be our guest speaker. We will have a missionary speaker as well. This is an opportune time for WMU staffs and their ladies to focus on the present WMU initiatives and to learn about mission opportunities and missionaries on the field to partner with in prayer and support.

Registration begins at 4 PM
at the Fellowship Hall Friday evening

Overnight costs (per person): Cabins: $87;
White Pines: $89.50; Timbers: $92

Commuter costs (includes meals for 1 or 2 days):

· Commuter 1-Day (Friday or Saturday): $52
· Commuter 2-Days (Friday and Saturday): $62

Connie Dixon

Connie Dixon was elected as the National WMU President in 2021. She served as NM WMU Executive Director for the Baptist Convention of NM for 13 years and State WMU President for 5 years. Connie is a native New Mexican and lives in Elida. She has been married to Herschel Dixon for 47 years and they have two grown daughters and three grandchildren. Connie will speak on her new book, “It Became to Me a Joy!: When God Shines Brightly through the Broken Places”
