Bivocational Track
A Special track for bivocational pastors and church leaders
The Bi-vocational Pastor Track is a two-day track within the BCM/D Church Leaders Conference (CLC) designed specifically for bi-vocational pastors. This track will provide encouragement, practical insight, and meaningful conversation for pastors who faithfully balance the responsibilities of work, family, and ministry. Through focused sessions and group discussion, participants will explore healthy rhythms for sustaining long-term ministry while continuing to lead and shepherd their families and churches well.
Session Descriptions:
1. The Rhythm of Abiding (Sustaining Your Walk with God) – This session will help pastors cultivate consistent spiritual rhythms—prayer, Scripture, and rest—so that ministry flows from their relationship with Christ rather than from exhaustion.
2. The Rhythm of Work and Ministry – This session will explore practical ways bi-vocational pastors can manage the rhythm between their vocation, ministry responsibilities, and personal life while remaining faithful and effective.
3. The Rhythm of Shepherding and Leading – This session will help pastors develop healthy rhythms of shepherding their family and church, equipping leaders, and sharing ministry responsibilities so that the church can grow without overwhelming the pastor.

What’s the dress code?
Come casual and comfortable! Some attendees like to bring a sweatshirt or light jacket (the Worship Center can be chilly!) — or snag one at the BCM/D Store.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Yes! We offer gluten-free and dairy-free lunch options, as well as options at the Snack Bar.
Can we reserve seats?
We’re not able to reserve seats, but when doors open you’re welcome to send someone from your group to hold seats until five minutes before the session begins. After that, we’ll need to release unfilled seats so everyone can be accommodated. It’s going to be a full house!
