He’s back! Josh Zello from Jesus Loves Preschoolers is back for part two of the preschool ministry online cohort! Join us online for 4 weeks of engaging and interactive sessions designed just for preschool ministry leaders! This series will equip you with the tools, strategies, and encouragement you need to create a thriving, Christ-centered preschool ministry.
Session Descriptions:
Week One: Using Storytelling to Communicate the Gospel
Storytelling is one of the most powerful ways to share the gospel with preschoolers, but how do we do it in a way that captivates and connects? We’ll explore the art of storytelling, from the posture of the storyteller to engaging visuals and interactive elements. Whether it’s Bible stories or life lessons, discover how to craft narratives that make the truth of Jesus real and relatable.
Week Two: Partnering with Parents & Caregivers
No ministry happens in isolation, and that’s especially true for preschoolers. Focusing on the power of teamwork with parents and caregivers, we’ll learn creative ways to equip them for spiritual growth at home, communicate effectively, and partner in their child’s faith journey. It’s all about building a community of support for the kids we love.
Week Three: Forming Lasting Connections with Preschoolers
Explore how to form deep, lasting connections with young children. Learn how to be a trusted presence in their lives, creating an environment where they feel safe, valued, and loved. We’ll dive into practical tips for building trust and the significance of one-on-one moments in the classroom. The goal? Helping little ones see the love of Jesus through your actions.
Week Four: Preschool Conflict Management – Guiding Little Hearts Through Big Emotions
Conflict is a natural part of life, even for preschoolers, but it’s also a chance for growth. We’ll explore Christ-centered strategies to help preschoolers manage conflict and teach emotional regulation, empathy, and forgiveness. You’ll learn how to turn conflicts into teaching moments, empowering children to navigate their feelings, communicate effectively, and resolve issues with grace. Get ready to transform challenges into opportunities to model Jesus’ love!
