Annual Church Profile resources
Each year, churches across our convention take part in completing the Annual Church Profile (ACP)—a valuable tool that captures a “snapshot” of your congregation’s ministry and growth.
The ACP helps document key moments in your church’s history, track trends over time, and provide insight for future ministry planning. With your unique ACP credentials, you can log in to the SBC Workspace to access 10 years of your church’s historical data and see how God has been at work in your congregation.
We encourage every church to complete their ACP annually. Your participation helps strengthen our collective understanding of how churches are growing and serving across our convention.

A Guide to Help BCM/D Churches Complete the Annual Church Profile:
Online Instructions for ACP Statistical Profile
- Login to the SBC workspace – https://www.sbcworkspace.com/account/login.com
- Enter Your Church User ID and Password
- Select the 2025 ACP Statistical Profile survey link and complete the questions.
- There are eight questions developed by our partners at Lifeway. Please base your answers on the ministry calendar used by your church either:
– Calendar Year (Jan – Dec)
– Fiscal Year (i.e. Oct – Sept) - Save Your Work – You’ll be given 2 options once you select “SAVE”:
No, save my answers but leave the survey open
(you will be able to make changes)
OR
Yes, save my answers and mark the survey as complete
(you will NOT be able to make changes)
Online Instructions for Supplemental Questions
- Login to the SBC workspace – https://www.sbcworkspace.com/account/login.com
- Enter Your Church User ID and Password
- Select the Bapt Conv of MD-DE Supplemental survey link and complete the question.
-We have selected one Supplemental question for all BCM/D churches. - Save Your Work.
Online Instructions to Update Church Leadership Information
- Login to the SBC workspace – https://www.sbcworkspace.com/account/login.com
- Enter Your Church User ID and Password
- Select the Leadership Profile and update your church information as needed.
- Enter church leadership or other administrative detail changes (phone, web, email, etc.)
- Save Your Work.
Prefer to mail your ACP?
If you would prefer to complete your ACP in paper form and mail it to our office for entry, please download and print a copy by pressing the button below.
Please note: Online ACP entry is submitted to Lifeway immediately. Any ACP reports mailed to our office may take up to 2 weeks to enter from the date received.
