BCM/D Shepherds Retreat

A Gift of Rest for Pastors

Pastors often carry a heavy weight on their shoulders. Intentional rhythms of rest and renewal are essential to walking with health and joy in both life and ministry.

In partnership with our churches through the Cooperative Program, Skycroft and the BCM/D are honored to provide complimentary personal retreats for pastors and ministry staff of all actively cooperating BCM/D churches.

Whether you need space for silence, prayer, planning, or simply rest, we invite you to step away and experience God’s presence in the quiet beauty of Skycroft.

Retreat Guidelines:

Complimentary retreat available once a year (up to 3 days / 2 nights during weekdays, as space allows)
Meals are included when the kitchen is open
Conference rooms may be reserved for planning or study
Stays beyond the complimentary nights are available at a reduced pastors’ rate
Reduced family rate is available if you’d like to bring your family

Through guided practice, honest conversation, and shared encouragement, pastors are invited to reconnect with their own souls and be equipped with practical skills to be strengthened for sustainable ministry, long-term resilience, and joy.
