SCHOLARSHIPS
Churches are the primary place where God works to “call out the called.” So, our desire at the BCM/D is to partner with churches in raising up our next generation of pastors and ministry leaders. Ministry preparation through education is an important component of this process. Through the generosity of your Cooperative Program gifts, we are pleased to offer scholarship gifts for students pursuing education for ministerial preparation.
Students are a member in good standing of a cooperating BCM/D church.
Scholarship applicants are currently enrolled in at least 6 credits / year at a master’s degree level or above of an accredited seminary or an undergraduate degree that is ministry focused and designed to prepare students to pursue ministry preparation at a higher level.
Scholarship gifts are disbursed on a one-time basis per student according to the following hours / amounts:
- Enrolled in 6 – 8 hours = $500 scholarship
- Enrolled in 9 – 11 hours = $750 scholarship
- Enrolled in 12+ hours = $1000 scholarship
