We doubt all kinds of things. We could be in the gym, doubting whether we can lift a certain amount of weight. We could be facing a project, doubting our ability to complete it successfully. We could be facing circumstances in our families, doubting the struggle will get better. We could go on and on, listing thousands of scenarios in which we would doubt.
Doubt — it’s part of the human condition.
FBC Ranier Extends Food Pantry With Community Refrigerator
One of the primary ways FBC cares for its neighbors is by providing food. The church’s pantry, sponsored by FBC’s Women’s Missionary Union (WMU), is known as HOPE — Helping Other People Eat (a name created by the church’s youth).
On February 27, the church celebrated an expansion of that ministry with a ribbon-cutting ceremony for a new community refrigerator, available 24 hours a day.

It felt like drifting into a dream that took a sharp, scary turn. Memories of riding an inner tube enjoying the gentle bobbing along the waves, only to suddenly realize the shore was now distant and the voices of the busy beach had grown faint. The tide drowned out my desperate efforts to paddle back.. I still remember the fear rising like a knot in my chest as I helplessly floated out into deeper waters.
