MEET OUR SPEAKER

J. Nicole Warren is a leadership consultant, executive HR leader, and founder of J. Nicole Consulting, where she equips professionals to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. With more than 20 years of experience in corporate and nonprofit leadership, she is passionate about helping women understand that faith is not something separate from their calling—it is the foundation that sustains it.

Starting her career as a single mother working a $9.50-per-hour contract role without a degree, J. Nicole went on to earn her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration after she turned 40, obtain her SHRM-SCP certification, and now serves as HR Director for a large faith-based organization.

J. Nicole speaks to women navigating leadership, calling, and the realities of life by teaching how faith, discipline, and obedience can anchor them through every season. Her message encourages women to lead with humility, build others well, and trust that purpose is not found in position but in obedience. She is honored to call Jaylen (26) and Journi (18) her two biggest blessings that God has gifted her.
