Are outside third-parties using your facilities – Awana, Young Life, another church or parachurch ministry, a basketball league or a knitting club? Are you acquainted with the concept of Third-Party Liability? Churches must balance generosity with wisdom – especially related to child sexual abuse risk that can arise from third-party facility use. In this session, Gregory Love will walk through how a church can evaluate facility use, develop its Facilities Use Policy and create a Facilities Use Agreement for those entities granted permitted access.
