Group Of Elementary Age Children In Art Class With Teacher

EDITORS NOTE: The BCM/D’s very own Adron Dozat has designed free coloring pages for use in your church or home! You are welcome to visit his blog to download many more scripture coloring pages. Each week, Adron works meticulously to create these pages, and he adds a short summary, sharing his favorite activities, struggles and successes during the week, and more. Feel free to email Adron for suggestions or feedback!

Here is another issue of BIBLE TIME FUN WEEKLY. I am proud of issue 190. It took a lot longer to create than I expected, but it turned out beautifully.

The Match the Difference activity uses a picture of a roman soldier. I know the attached passage is about a centurion, but I didn’t have time to create two pictures of a centurion, so I used a picture I drew in the past for an art lesson. The point is to get kids to read the Bible, so I hope you will forgive the slightly off-themed art.

The Code Breaker puzzle uses different arrows for the code; it looks very dramatic. The verse is short, so I gave six clues, three are very helpful, but three are not too helpful, and I did that on purpose to give you a challenge. I hope it is fun.

There are two verses about not being afraid and three about prayer. There are several scriptures about the gospel and at least two about God’s Word.

As always, most of the activities have opened-ended questions. I hope you can have spiritual discussions with the kids.

Remember to come back next week for the next exciting and fun edition of BIBLE TIME FUN WEEKLY.
