SUMMARY:Annie Armstrong Easter Offering
DESCRIPTION:Annie Armstrong (1850–1938) was a bold advocate for missionaries and their work. She championed missions support among Southern Baptist churches and helped create a rich legacy of people awakened and responding to God’s call to pray\, give and go. \nSince 1895\, the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering has empowered Southern Baptists’ missional work to reach the U.S.\, Canada\, and their territories. Generation after generation\, we’ve united to reach people born on our shores and the nations who come here to make a new home. \nYour generous giving to the annual Annie Armstrong Easter Offering makes an eternal impact across North America. You and your church are the fuel that enables thousands of missionaries to be sent\, to plant churches\, and to serve the needs of people who desperately need a gospel witness.

Students will engage the book’s powerful imagery\, spiritual conflict\, and unfolding vision of God’s redemptive plan and righteous judgment. Designed for both new and seasoned Bible students\, the course equips learners to interpret Revelation faithfully and apply its message of hope\, perseverance\, and ultimate victory to life and ministry today. \n \n \n \n Register Here

Together\, we’ll explore how to cultivate rhythms that protect your soul and sharpen your productivity\, steward ambition in a way that aligns with God’s calling\, and lead with humility so your impact outlives you.\nThis isn’t about doing more.It’s about leading well — from a grounded\, aligned\, and surrendered place.\nYou will leave with clarity\, practical tools\, and conversations around tables with women who understand the weight and joy of ministry leadership.\n Register Below!\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n MEET OUR SPEAKER\nJ. Nicole Warren is a leadership consultant\, executive HR leader\, and founder of J. Nicole Consulting\, where she equips professionals to lead with clarity\, confidence\, and purpose. With more than 20 years of experience in corporate and nonprofit leadership\, she is passionate about helping women understand that faith is not something separate from their calling—it is the foundation that sustains it. \nStarting her career as a single mother working a $9.50-per-hour contract role without a degree\, J. Nicole went on to earn her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration after she turned 40\, obtain her SHRM-SCP certification\, and now serves as HR Director for a large faith-based organization. \nJ. Nicole speaks to women navigating leadership\, calling\, and the realities of life by teaching how faith\, discipline\, and obedience can anchor them through every season. Her message encourages women to lead with humility\, build others well\, and trust that purpose is not found in position but in obedience. She is honored to call Jaylen (26) and Journi (18) her two biggest blessings that God has gifted her. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Conference Overview\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n May 2nd\, 2026\n \n \n \n \n \n One day of leadership development designed with you in mind! \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n 9 AM - 3 PM\n \n \n \n \n \n Engaging keynote sessions followed by practical roundtable discussions\, with built-in breaks to reflect\, process\, and pray through all the game-changing insights you’re receiving. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Beautiful Downtown Annapolis\n \n \n \n \n \n The Prism49 Spa Rd\, Annapolis\, MD 21401 \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Conference Schedule\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Doors Open\n \n \n \n \n \n Come get checked in and enjoy coffee and pastries before we get started. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n 8:30 AM\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Welcome\n \n \n \n \n \n A welcome from our team and an overview of the day! \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n 9:00 AM\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Session One\n \n \n \n \n \n Aligned: Ambition Surrendered\, Calling ActivatedDrive without striving. SUMMARY:Pastor Formation Cohort
DESCRIPTION:Pastoring is not a 9-to-5 job.\n There is an unending list of important things to do as you seek to serve others sacrificially. The demands of ministry make it difficult to find a healthy rhythm of life and work\, and can leave you running on empty.“I don’t know if I can keep up this pace anymore.” \n“I am on the verge of just walking away.” \n“The pressure has reached a breaking point.” \nIf you have felt this way you are not alone. \nWe welcome you to our Pastoral Formation Community. Pastor\, author\, and artist Ronnie Martin and BCM/D Director of Formation and Health\, Dan Hyun\, will provide perspectives and practices that will lead to newfound flourishing in your life and ministry. You’ll learn to develop a sustainable pattern of ministry that both honors the Lord and the people you care for while guarding you from burnout. \nOur cohort-based approach blends some teaching but will primarily be oriented around connection with one another with two half-day retreats (February 19 and May 21) that bookend shorter regionally based gatherings throughout March and April. Together we’ll explore practices that restore attentiveness to God and people: crafting sane schedules\, shepherding from identity rather than insecurity\, leading from prayerful presence\, and building friendships that sustain the long haul. \nCheck out more details including the regional dates and locations below. Space is intentionally limited so register soon to hold your spot. \nIf you’re tired of measuring ministry by speed and volume\, come learn to do less—and accomplish more of what actually matters. Your soul\, your family\, and your church will notice the difference. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Regional Meetups — March\n Dates: Regional gatherings throughout March 2026 \nLocations: Various locations across Maryland and Delaware \nDescription:Connect with other pastors in your region for a time of conversation\, encouragement\, and sharpening. These smaller gatherings build on February’s retreat and give space to talk about real challenges in ministry with brothers who understand the weight of the work. \n \n \n \n \n \n Regional Meetups — April\n Dates: Regional gatherings throughout April 2026 \nLocations: Various locations across Maryland and Delaware \nDescription:Take another step in the journey toward healthy\, sustainable ministry. These regional meetups keep the momentum going—helping you stay focused\, grounded\, and connected as you put new practices into motion. \nRegister for an April Meetup Here! \n \n \n \n \n \n May Retreat\n Date: May 21\, 2025 \nLocation: South Shore Church \nDescription:We’ll wrap up our time together with a final half-day retreat—a chance to look back\, refocus\, and move forward with clarity. Join Ronnie and Dan as we revisit the lessons learned\, celebrate progress\, and commit to running the race with endurance.

We welcome women seeking refreshment\, connection\, and encouragement. \n\n\n Register Below!\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n MEET OUR SPEAKER\nLinda Lotich is co-founder of SeedTime.com\, a ministry focused on Bible-based financial education that equips churches and believers to see money the way God does. While her strengths don’t lie in numbers and spreadsheets\, she discovered that God met her right in the middle of her financial chaos and not only brought life to her money situation\, but transformed her from the inside out. \nTurns out\, God is in the work\, the fun\, and the rest. While many neglect rest as an outdated religious ritual\, Linda has found it to be one of God’s gracious invitations—rest while He takes care of all the things. For the past 13 years\, she and her husband Bob have practiced a yearly month-long sabbatical\, a rhythm that has deepened their trust in God and reminded them that He is the one who carries the work forward. \nLinda is passionate about Jesus and simply wants to know Him more. She lives in Franklin\, Tennessee with her husband Bob and their three children. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Conference Overview\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n September 24-26\, 2026\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Guest Speaker: Linda Lotich\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Beautiful Annapolis\, MD\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Conference Schedule\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Thursday\n \n \n \n \n \n 4:00 PM – Check-In5:00 PM – Welcome Dinner6:30 PM – Session 17:30 PM – Breakouts \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Friday\n \n \n \n \n \n 8:00 AM – Breakfast9:00 AM – Group Devotional10:00 AM – Breakout Sessions11:00 AM – Break12:00 PM – Lunch in Downtown Annapolis1:00–5:00 PM – Free Time5:00 PM – Dinner6:30 PM – Session Three7:30 PM – Breakout Conversations \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Saturday\n \n \n \n \n \n 8:00 AM – Breakfast9:00 AM – Session 411:00 AM – Check Out \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n BCM/D Pastors' Wives Conference\n \n \n \n \n \n Rested.
