With a focus on legacy\, participants will explore key principles and personal insights that shape how ministry is led today and remembered tomorrow. \nThe Wounded HealerRev. Andy Ehlers\, Senior Pastor – Hide Tide ChurchIn a world where pastors are expected to be strong and unshaken\, where do we go with our wounds\, brokenness\, and suffering? This breakout explores how God uses our own pain—not in spite of it\, but through it—to bring healing to others. Through wisdom gleaned from Scripture and real life experience\, this session invites you to embrace a redemptive vision of ministry where healing and leadership flow from the same sacred place. \nLeading from the Second ChairRev. Jeremy Dickson – BCM/DThis session explores the unique challenges and opportunities of serving in a supporting leadership role. Designed for those who lead without being the lead pastor\, it offers space to consider how to lead with excellence\, influence\, and integrity from where you are. Whether you’re navigating vision\, communication\, or team dynamics\, this conversation will encourage and equip you to lead faithfully from the seat you occupy. \nThe Heart\, Head\, and Hands of MobilizationRev. Jamie Caldwell – Send NetworkThis breakout will help pastors clarify a Christlike focus on mobilization by providing a church-wide framework for discerning\, discovering\, developing\, and deploying leaders from the harvest for the harvest. \nRooted and Renewed: Spiritual Practices that Sustain Pastoral LifeDr. Ron Blankenship – DOM\, Montgomery Baptist AssociationRev.
