SUMMARY:Everyone Belongs Camp
DESCRIPTION:Everyone Belongs Camp 2026\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Everyone Belongs Camp\, hosted by the BCM/D\, is an overnight weekend experience for families impacted by disability. We want your family to be a part of an amazing weekend that is safe\, inviting\, and encouraging! Campers\, ages 12 and up\, can expect to pack for a three-day/two-night weekend of fun at the Skycroft Conference Center in Middletown\, MD. Families have the opportunity to ride the zip-line\, plunge down an outdoor water slide\, or relax by the pool. We will also have crafts\, singing\, games\, a talent show\, evening dance and daily Bible study. Campers and their families will get to experience the love of God through activities during the weekend. We hope you can join us for a weekend of fun and connection!  \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Family Cost:Family of 2: $150 (Parent and 1 camper)Family of 3: $175 (Parent\, 1 camper\, and 1 additional family member)Family of 4: $200 (Parent\, 1 camper\, and 2 additional family members) \nVolunteer Cost:$45 per person \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Camper Registration\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n *Application does not guarantee attendance to camp. You will be notified once your application is reviewed and accepted. Payment is not due at the time of application. Anyone attending over the age of 18 will be required to complete a background check. Additional family members can be parents or siblings. The cost is determined by the family unit size and not children versus adults. Financial aid is available for families who are unable to cover the cost of camp. Email Kmatthews@bcmd.org for more information. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Volunteer Registration\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Everyone Belongs Camp continues to grow and reach new families every year! This means that we need more volunteers to show the love of Christ to our families. That’s where you come in! \nTo volunteer\, you do not need to have any prior professional experience or a specialized background working with disabilities. Each camper will have a caregiver or parent stay with them throughout the weekend. As a volunteer buddy\, your main role is to build friendships\, offer encouragement\, and join your camper in the fun! Volunteers help accompany campers to activities like worship\, Bible study\, games\, arts and crafts\, and more throughout the day on Saturday. \nVolunteers are not responsible for medical care or overnight assistance. Campers and caregivers stay together in individual motel-style rooms\, while volunteers stay in separate lodging areas. Volunteers also never remain alone with campers and will participate in activities within group settings at all times. \nWhether this is your very first camp or you’ve joined us before\, we would absolutely love to have you be part of the Everyone Belongs Camp family! Every volunteer who says “yes” makes it possible for us to welcome and serve another family impacted by disability. Come help us create unforgettable memories\, build meaningful friendships\, and share the life-changing love of Christ with families who need to know they belong. \n**Volunteers must complete a background check and interview process. Payment is not due at the time of application. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Map/Camp Information \nSkycroft Conference Center is located at:9621 Frostown RdMiddletown\, Maryland 21769 \nOur office hours are:Monday-Friday:  8:30 AM – 4:00 PM \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n FAQ’s\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Hidden\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Menu\n Camp Menu (May be subject to slight changes) \nFriday Dinner\n\nBaked Ravioli W/meatballs\nGrilled Chicken\nLinguini Noodles\nAlfredo Sauce\nMarinara Sauce\nItalian Vege\nPeas\nBreadsticks\n\nSaturday Breakfast\n\nRegular Pancakes\nChoc Chip Pancakes\nEggs\nSausage Link\nBacon\nHashbrowns\nStrawberry Topping\n\nSaturday Lunch \n\nBrioche Buns\nBurgers\nChicken Patty\nFried Cheese Curds\nCarrots\nBroccoli Salad\nCheese/Pickles\n\nSaturday Dinner \n\nFried Chicken\nPit Ham\nParsley Potatoes\nMac N Cheese\nCali Vege\nGreen Beans\nCornbread\n\nSunday Breakfast\n\nCroissants\nEgg Patty\nCanadian Bacon\nSausage Link\nEggs\nDiced Potatoes\nGlazed Donut Holes\n\nSunday Lunch \n\nSub Rolls\nRoast Beef (French Dip)\nCod\nCrinkle Cut Fries\nAntigua Vege\nPasta Salad\nProvolone Cheese/Tartar sauce\n\n \n \n \n \n \n Packing List\n Suggested Packing List \n1. This track will provide encouragement\, practical insight\, and meaningful conversation for pastors who faithfully balance the responsibilities of work\, family\, and ministry. Through focused sessions and group discussion\, participants will explore healthy rhythms for sustaining long-term ministry while continuing to lead and shepherd their families and churches well. \nSession Descriptions: \n1. The Rhythm of Abiding (Sustaining Your Walk with God) – This session will help pastors cultivate consistent spiritual rhythms—prayer\, Scripture\, and rest—so that ministry flows from their relationship with Christ rather than from exhaustion. \n2. The Rhythm of Work and Ministry – This session will explore practical ways bi-vocational pastors can manage the rhythm between their vocation\, ministry responsibilities\, and personal life while remaining faithful and effective. \n3. The Rhythm of Shepherding and Leading – This session will help pastors develop healthy rhythms of shepherding their family and church\, equipping leaders\, and sharing ministry responsibilities so that the church can grow without overwhelming the pastor. \n\n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Friday\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n 7:00PM – Dinner \n7:30PM – Session 1 – Rhythms of Abiding (Sustaining Your Walk with God)\n8:30PM – Dismiss \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Saturday\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n 8:30AM – Continental Breakfast\n9:00AM – Session 2 – Rhythms of Leading and Shepherding\n10:15AM – Session 3 – Rhythms of Work and Ministry\n11:30AM – Commissioning\n12:00PM – Lunch \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Breakout Sessions\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Church Strengthening \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \nCreating a Leadership PipelineIdentify\, develop\, and multiply leaders for long-term impact. \n\n\nIncreasing the Effectiveness of Small GroupsMove beyond meetings to meaningful life change and connection. \n\n\nFrom Chaos to Calling: Building and Keeping a Healthy Volunteer TeamCreate clarity\, culture\, and commitment within your volunteer teams. \n\n\nFrom Outsider to Insider: How to Turn a Casual Attender into an Engaged MemberHelp people move from attending to belonging and participating. \nWomen’s Ministry RoundtableA space for women leading in ministry to come ask question\, gain inspiration\, and get connected. \n\n\nBeyond Sunday: Equipping Parents to Disciple at HomeGive parents simple\, practical tools to lead faith conversations every day. \n\n\nReaching the Distracted GenerationCapture attention and point the next generation to lasting truth. \n\n\nSenior Adult Ministry: Mobilized for MissionEngage\, value\, and mobilize the wisdom and presence of your senior adults. \nRhythm\, Rest & Renewal: Practical Conversations for Every Season of Student MinistryLead students with clarity\, confidence\, and joy through healthy rhythms\, intentional rest\, and practical ministry strategies for every season. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Formation and Health\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \nResting Well in MinistryLead from a place of renewal\, not exhaustion. \n\n\nSpiritually Intelligent LeadershipSpiritually intelligent leadership is the ability to discern God’s presence\, voice\, and activity amid the real pressures of ministry. DESCRIPTION:September 13-20 2026\n \n \n \n \n \n COMPASSION MINISTRIES OFFERING\n \n \n \n \n \n “We want to be a convention who sees and cares for the vulnerable and marginalized.” \nEvery year\, churches across the Baptist Convention of Maryland/Delaware unite during this week to pray for the compassion ministries supported by the Compassion Ministries Offering (CMO) — and to consider how the Lord may lead them to give. This guide walks through eight days of prayer: one day for the whole vision\, one for each of our five compassion ministry focus areas\, one for the leaders who carry this work\, and a closing day of response. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Week of Prayer Guide\n \n Download the Guide Here!

While her strengths don’t lie in numbers and spreadsheets\, she discovered that God met her right in the middle of her financial chaos and not only brought life to her money situation\, but transformed her from the inside out. \nTurns out\, God is in the work\, the fun\, and the rest. While many neglect rest as an outdated religious ritual\, Linda has found it to be one of God’s gracious invitations—rest while He takes care of all the things. For the past 13 years\, she and her husband Bob have practiced a yearly month-long sabbatical\, a rhythm that has deepened their trust in God and reminded them that He is the one who carries the work forward. \nLinda is passionate about Jesus and simply wants to know Him more. She lives in Franklin\, Tennessee with her husband Bob and their three children. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Conference Overview\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n September 24-26\, 2026\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Guest Speaker: Linda Lotich\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Beautiful Annapolis\, MD\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Conference Schedule\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Thursday\n \n \n \n \n \n 4:00 PM – Check-In5:00 PM – Welcome Dinner6:30 PM – Session 17:30 PM – Breakouts \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Friday\n \n \n \n \n \n 8:00 AM – Breakfast9:00 AM – Group Devotional10:00 AM – Breakout Sessions11:00 AM – Break12:00 PM – Lunch in Downtown Annapolis1:00–5:00 PM – Free Time5:00 PM – Dinner6:30 PM – Session Three7:30 PM – Breakout Conversations \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Saturday\n \n \n \n \n \n 8:00 AM – Breakfast9:00 AM – Session 411:00 AM – Check Out \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n BCM/D Pastors' Wives Conference\n \n \n \n \n \n Rested. Together\, we’ll learn from one another and leave better equipped to disciple the next generation. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Download The Media Kit For Promotion!\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Conference FAQs\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n What’s the cost?\n Individual ticket price for students and leaders is $35. \n \n \n \n \n \n What’s the dress code?\n Come casual and comfortable! Some attendees like to bring a sweatshirt or light jacket (the Worship Center can be chilly!) — or snag one at the BCM/D Store. \n \n \n \n \n \n Can you accommodate allergies?\n Yes! We offer gluten-free and dairy-free lunch options\, as well as options at the Snack Bar. \n \n \n \n \n \n Can we reserve seats?\n We’re not able to reserve seats\, but when doors open you’re welcome to send someone from your group to hold seats until five minutes before the session begins. After that\, we’ll need to release unfilled seats so everyone can be accommodated. It’s going to be a full house! \n \n \n \n \n \n Do I need to register for breakouts?\n Not this year! We’ve made the breakout process much simpler. All breakouts will be open on a first come first serve basis. Don’t worry\, we’ll provide instructions for your students and leaders from the stage!\n \n \n \n \n \n What if I have another question you didn't answer here?\n We’d love to help.
