SUMMARY:WIM Conference
DESCRIPTION:This Event Is Sold OutWomen in ministry carry vision\, responsibility\, and people. We are called\, capable\, and committed — but without intentional health\, even good leadership can become unsustainable.\nThe WIM Conference is a one-day gathering designed to help you build a ministry life that lasts. Together\, we’ll explore how to cultivate rhythms that protect your soul and sharpen your productivity\, steward ambition in a way that aligns with God’s calling\, and lead with humility so your impact outlives you.\nThis isn’t about doing more. It’s about leading well — from a grounded\, aligned\, and surrendered place.\nYou will leave with clarity\, practical tools\, and conversations around tables with women who understand the weight and joy of ministry leadership.\n Register Below!\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n MEET OUR SPEAKER\nJ. Nicole Warren is a leadership consultant\, executive HR leader\, and founder of J. Nicole Consulting\, where she equips professionals to lead with clarity\, confidence\, and purpose. With more than 20 years of experience in corporate and nonprofit leadership\, she is passionate about helping women understand that faith is not something separate from their calling—it is the foundation that sustains it. \nStarting her career as a single mother working a $9.50-per-hour contract role without a degree\, J. Nicole went on to earn her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration after she turned 40\, obtain her SHRM-SCP certification\, and now serves as HR Director for a large faith-based organization. \nJ. Nicole speaks to women navigating leadership\, calling\, and the realities of life by teaching how faith\, discipline\, and obedience can anchor them through every season. Her message encourages women to lead with humility\, build others well\, and trust that purpose is not found in position but in obedience. She is honored to call Jaylen (26) and Journi (18) her two biggest blessings that God has gifted her. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Conference Overview\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n May 2nd\, 2026\n \n \n \n \n \n One day of leadership development designed with you in mind! \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n 9 AM - 3 PM\n \n \n \n \n \n Engaging keynote sessions followed by practical roundtable discussions\, with built-in breaks to reflect\, process\, and pray through all the game-changing insights you’re receiving. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Beautiful Downtown Annapolis\n \n \n \n \n \n The Prism49 Spa Rd\, Annapolis\, MD 21401 \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Conference Schedule\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Doors Open\n \n \n \n \n \n Come get checked in and enjoy coffee and pastries before we get started. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n 8:30 AM\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Welcome\n \n \n \n \n \n A welcome from our team and an overview of the day! \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n 9:00 AM\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Session One\n \n \n \n \n \n Aligned: Ambition Surrendered\, Calling ActivatedDrive without striving. In 2018\, Jennifer founded SoulCircles Ministries\, which began as an alternative ladies’ night out to study the Bible and has since become a virtual hub for women to learn theology and inductive Bible study. She serves as a women’s ministry leader within her local church. Jennifer is a Senior Church Advisor for World Vision and has a heart for serving the church through local and global missions. She is the author of When Dreams Fall Apart-How Unanswered Prayers Can Deepen Your Intimacy with God through Moody Publishing. Jennifer resides in Maryland with her husband\, Jeffrey\, and their daughter\, Justice. \nTammy Lashey\nTammy is the wife of the Lead Pastor at LifeHouse Church in Townsend\, Delaware\, and an active part of the LifeHouse community. She serves as a women’s teacher and ministry leader\, where she finds great joy in walking alongside women\, encouraging them\, and helping them grow deeper in their faith. \nIn addition to her ministry leadership\, Tammy serves as the Creative Director at LifeHouse\, blending her love for creativity with her passion for the gospel. Through graphic design and video production\, she helps bring vision to life and tell stories that reflect the beauty\, truth\, and glory of God. \nTammy met her husband\, Mark\, while they were both students at Liberty University\, where she earned a degree in Psychology with a concentration in Human Services and Counseling. Together\, they have built a life centered on faith\, family\, and ministry\, recently celebrating 28 years of marriage. \nThey are blessed with three children and two grandchildren\, who bring immense joy\, laughter\, and purpose to their lives. \nAbove all else\, Tammy’s greatest passion is her love for Jesus. Whether teaching\, creating\, leading\, or simply living out her everyday life\, her desire is to serve Him faithfully and to bring Him glory in all she does. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Breakout Sessions\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \nAt Revive\, we believe every woman has a story to tell\, a mission to live\, and a gospel worth sharing. This year’s breakout track is designed to equip you to leverage your everyday life – your conversations\, your home\, your community\, and your unique gifting – to boldly and joyfully share the hope of Jesus. \n\nChoose from five practical and encouraging sessions that will help you walk confidently into the mission God has given you. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Confident Faith: Everyday Apologetics for Real Women\n How do you respond when someone asks a hard question about God? This session breaks down apologetics in a warm\, accessible way—helping you answer with clarity\, gentleness\, and truth. Walk away with simple tools that strengthen your confidence and point others to Jesus in any conversation. \n \n \n \n \n \n The Secrets Of A Prayer Warrior: How To Pray With Boldness\n Discover how to approach God with confidence and faith. In this breakout\, you’ll learn practical strategies for strengthening your prayer life\, grounding your prayers in Scripture\, and interceding with courage. Walk away equipped to pray boldly for your family\, your calling\, and the lost world around you. \n \n \n \n \n \n Gospel at Home: Leading Your Household to Jesus\n Before we reach the world\, we reach the people under our own roof. This session will help you build rhythms that make Scripture\, prayer\, and spiritual conversations a natural part of home life—whether you’re discipling kids\, encouraging a spouse\, or influencing extended family. \n \n \n \n \n \n For Working Women: Living Missionally As You Serve and Lead\n You don’t need a passport to live on mission. God has placed working women in spaces where they use their gifts and abilities for a purpose. This breakout equips you to see your secular work place as gospel opportunities and to step boldly into relationships with compassion\, courage\, and intentionality. \n \n \n \n \n \n Your Story Matters: Sharing Your Testimony with Power and Clarity\n \nYour testimony is a God-given way to share the gospel with authenticity and impact. In this interactive session\, you’ll learn how to shape your story so it’s clear\, compelling\, and rooted in Scripture—and leave prepared with a 2–3 minute testimony you can confidently share.\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Revive FAQ's\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n What’s the cost?\n Individual ticket price is $50. \n \n \n \n \n \n What’s the dress code?\n Come casual and comfortable! Many women like to bring a sweatshirt or light jacket (the Worship Center can be chilly!) — or snag one at the Revive Store. \n \n \n \n \n \n Can you accommodate allergies?\n Yes! We offer gluten-free and dairy-free lunch options\, as well as options at the Snack Bar. \n For Friday Dessert and Saturday Pastries\, we cannot guarantee allergy-friendly items — but the Snack Bar is always available. \n \n \n \n \n \n Can we reserve seats?\n We’re not able to reserve seats\, but when doors open you’re welcome to send someone from your group to hold seats until five minutes before the session begins. After that\, we’ll need to release unfilled seats so everyone can be accommodated. It’s going to be a full house! \n \n \n \n \n \n Where should I stay?\n Please note: We do not have a conference hotel room block. However\, if you are attending with a group\, you may contact any of the hotels below to inquire about setting up a group room block\, which may offer discounted rates. You may be asked to show your ID. \n \n \n \n \n \n Do I need to register for breakouts?\n Not this year! We’ve made the breakout process much simpler. All breakouts will be open on a first come first serve basis. Don’t worry\, you’ll have three chances to get in if the breakout you chose is super popular.\n \n \n \n \n \n How do I register if I’m just coming on Saturday?\n No need to do anything different. \nFor Friday Dessert and Saturday Pastries\, we cannot guarantee allergy-friendly items — but the Snack Bar is always available. SUMMARY:Women's Spring Cohorts
DESCRIPTION:Registration is NOW OPEN for Spring Online Cohorts!\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Looking for biblical encouragement and practical training? This spring\, join an online cohort designed for women seeking to grow in faith and leadership. With a variety of topics- including thriving as a working woman\, raising godly kids\, teaching the Bible\, leading in ministry\, and a study of the Book of John- there’s a place for you. \nConnect with other women\, gain wisdom\, and be equipped to live out your calling. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n THIS SPRINGS COHORTS:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n How the Gospel Shapes Young Moms\n Mondays\, 6:30PM \n The Gospel is the heart behind the Christian life\, but young moms rarely get to see how it actively shapes their current identity\, parenting\, and relationships. Join us for a six week study of discovering how Jesus’ victory and your redemption aren’t simply a past reality\, but a present rescue and mission as you navigate the early stages of parenting. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Discipleship Study Through John\n Tuesdays\, 12:00PM \n This study will help you navigate the Gospel of John with intentionality\, fostering deep relationships through shared learning\, accountability\, and spiritual growth. With each session\, you’ll explore scripture\, cultivate spiritual disciplines\, and discover how discipleship can create a ripple effect for God’s Kingdom. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Why\, God?\n Tuesdays\, 7:00PM \n Have you ever found yourself asking God that question? We’ve all had moments or long seasons where that question has been whispered\, written in a journal\, or shouted toward the ceiling while tears streamed down our face as we tried to make sense of the brokenness all around us. As women who love Jesus\, we don’t have a hall pass for suffering. But what we do have is a gentle and lowly Savior who suffered the most and gives us exactly what we need as we walk through our own suffering. \nAsking why isn’t wrong and the Lord wants our why’s. He wants it all. But there’s more to suffering than just asking why. \nIf you’ve ever asked God why\, or maybe you’re asking Him now\, let’s spend six weeks asking Him together while also examining scripture to see what it looks like to suffer well and how we can apply it to our own season of suffering. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n How To Be A Workplace Missionary: Gospel Fundamentals for Working Women\n Tuesdays\, 7:30PM \n Step into your divine calling with confidence and grace! God has placed many of us in the secular workplace for a profound purpose. Discover how to embrace and flourish in this special role as we explore Gospel fundamentals designed to encourage\, equip\, and empower us to be the missionary He’s called us to be in our workplace. Don’t miss this special time with like minded women as we let scripture guide us to walking out our calling God’s way. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n WHO IS LEADING?:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Lauren Diggs\n Why\, God? \n Lauren is the wife of a Baltimore City Police Officer\, a mom of five ranging from married adults to a fifth grader\, a brand new Lala (grandma!) and a “you win some\, you lose some” plant enthusiast. You might find her doing some writing and teaching about her favorite subject\, Jesus\, with a little event planning or styling thrown in for fun. And anything with good food and dance music is the way to her heart. Lauren lived many years seeking the approval of others and striving to earn God’s love through works\, but now walks in the freedom of a surrendered life to Christ\, seeking His kingdom above all else. She is called to walk hand in hand with women through the messy\, the hard\, and the good as they learn to live in that same freedom. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Aimee Pasquariello\n How To Be A Workplace Missionary: Gospel Fundamentals for Working Women \n \nAimee Pasquariello is an executive within the Life Sciences industry\, certified leadership coach\, mentor\, wife and mother. Aimee has led teams across various industries in her 20+ years of experience serving the secular workplace. Aimee brings her love of God to all the places she goes whether that is leading in business or sitting at her dining room table studying the Bible with her community. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Payton Pope\n Discipleship Study Through John \n Payton Pope is a pastor’s wife from Salisbury\, MD\, and currently serves as the Church Planting Spousal Care Coordinator for the Baptist Convention of Maryland/Delaware (BCM/D). In 2021\, she and her husband launched a church plant\, where she serves as the Director of Ministries. Prior to her full-time ministry role\, Payton spent seven years working in public education. She has a deep passion for Women’s Ministry\, discipleship\, and worship\, and enjoys curling up under a blanket with a good book\, coffee\, and her beautiful German Shepherd. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Samantha Self\n How the Gospel Shapes Young Moms \n Samantha is a pastor’s wife and mom of two young children. She has a passion for equipping women and children in their faith journeys. In her free time\, Samantha loves painting\, baking\, and savoring a good cup of coffee. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n REGISTER HERE!\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Oops!
