Early childhood proves to be a critical stage of life. Preschoolers learn an incredible amount in such a short span\, presenting a prime opportunity to present the teachings of Jesus in tangible and pragmatic ways. Due to this\, he has dedicated over ten years to serving in preschool ministry\, lending his efforts to churches ranging in size from 17\,000 attendees to as few as 250. His passion lies in crafting gospel-centered\, developmentally appropriate\, and thriving preschool ministries. \n					\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n					Katie Matthews\n					BCM/D Disability Ministry Missionary \n					Katie Matthews is a mom of two\, a pastors wife\, and BCM/D’s Disability Ministry Missionary. At her home church\, she serves as the codirector of children’s ministry and leads a disability ministry called Bethany Blessings. She is passionate about bringing the gospel to families of individuals with disabilities and seeks to train other church members on how to minister to these families.
