DESCRIPTION:Annual Meeting Looks Different This Year!\n\nWe are thrilled to invite you to The Gathering\, our annual family meeting for pastors\, church leaders\, and attendees of the BCM/D. This year’s event is a must-attend for every church in the BCM/D! We know that’s a bold statement\, but we’ve reimagined our time together with you and your churches in mind. Our goal is to care for you as you hopefully recharge\, give you valuable resources and information\, and encourage you to keep loving and serving your church family and communities. \nWhat can you expect this year? Here are just a few highlights: \n1. A Prime Location: We’ll be at the newly remodeled Ashore Resort and Beach Club in Ocean City\, MD.2. A Fresh Schedule: The agenda has a new look and feel to enhance your experience.3. We’re Celebrating You: You\, our churches\, are the focus of our two days together!4. Inspiring Stories: Hear about God’s miraculous movement across Maryland and Delaware.5. We’ve Added Breakouts: Every breakout session is designed with you—our pastors\, leaders\, and church teams—in mind.6. A VERY Exciting Announcement: We have a game-changing announcement regarding how BCM/D will be able to come alongside you to support you in training and developing the leaders and volunteers in your church in 2025. It’s huge!7. We Will Have Church: While we will accomplish important business\, the heart of our time together will be inviting the Spirit to move as we pray earnestly for our churches and communities and worship our God together with our whole hearts. \n\n\nWe can’t wait to see you there! \n\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Event Details:\n○ Registration is OPEN!! \n○ Conference Registration is free for BCM/D Church Attenders but space will be limited so plan to register quickly once it opens. \n○ Event begins at 6pm on Sunday evening\, November 10th and concludes at 4pm on Monday\, November 11th. \n○ We will provide dessert and coffee for you Sunday evening along with breakfast and lunch on Monday. \n○ You are responsible for booking your own hotel reservation with Ashore Resort and Beach Club.​ \n*Those who would like to submit resolutions for consideration may email them to Megan Jones: mjones@bcmd.org. Resolutions coming from the floor must be ready to copy and distribute. The deadline for submission is September 26.
