Introduction to Ham Radio (21-23rd)

Fri, May 21, 20107:00 PM

This course is designed for anyone interested in obtaining a Level One (Technician) Ham Radio License.

No previous radio or disaster relief experience is necessary.  The course will conclude with participants taking the Technician's License exam on Sunday afternoon.

Past experience has taught us that reliable communication is essential in times of disaster.  We are strongly encouraging every church to have a ham radio operator in their congregation to provide a communication link for the church in times of crisis.
