Event Summary:
This training is aimed at those of you who are transitioning from church plant to full-fledged church, usually somewhere during 3-7 year time frame in your congregation’s life. BCM/D has put together this one-of-a-kind training by studying other organizations and materials and by listening to the need of planters like you. We will focus on things like:
- being missional
- assimilation
- adding staff members
- bringing about change
- moving toward a permanent facility, and
- growth barriers you must overcome
Our goal is to “get you to home base” by equipping you to deal with all the issues of birth, health, growth, and then reproduction.
