"Go and report to John what you hear and see: the blind see, the lame walk, those with skin diseases are healed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the poor are told the good news," Matthew 11:4-5 (HCSB).

This is the message Jesus told John's disciples to take to the imprisoned prophet when he asked "Are you the one who is to come or should we expect someone else?" Today Southern Baptist Disaster Relief volunteers are feeding hungry people, washing dirty clothes, cleaning flooded homes, lifting the spirits of weary homeowners and telling the good news in communities devastated by disaster.
