He previously served as the Executive Director of the Northwest Baptist Convention for almost ten years after serving as the founding pastor of Greater Gresham Baptist Church in Gresham, Ore., and as a pastor in Missouri and Texas.

Steve Wright is the Pastor of Family Discipleship at Providence Baptist Church in Raleigh, N.C. He is the author of “reThink: Is Your Student Ministry Working?” and “ApParent Privilege” and is one of the primary contributors to the Treasuring Christ Curriculum.

Jerome Gay Jr. is a member of the Acts 29 Network, Founder of the Bless the Future Initiative and Lead and Founding Pastor of Vision Church in Raleigh, N.C. He has a vision to see gospel-centered churches and leaders raised up within the urban context and sent out to plant other gospel-centered churches.
